Service Description

VerificationLetters.com provides online tools to create editable verification letter templates. All letters are generated based on information provided by the user.

The service does not verify identity, employment, income, or residency.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of all information entered
• how the generated documents are used
• ensuring acceptance by third parties

VerificationLetters.com does not guarantee acceptance of any document by landlords, banks, employers, or other institutions.

Payments and Access

Paid downloads provide access to digital documents immediately.

Once a document is downloaded, the purchase is considered complete.

Refunds

Monthly and yearly plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the service isn't working out for you, email support@verificationletters.com within 14 days of any monthly or yearly charge — first payment or renewal — and we'll refund that charge in full.

The weekly plan is not covered by the guarantee, because it bills every 7 days — a 14-day guarantee would refund billing periods you had already used in full. Instead, cancel any time before the week renews and you won't be charged again.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this service:

• for unlawful purposes
• to impersonate others
• to misrepresent factual information intentionally

VerificationLetters.com may suspend access if misuse is detected.

Limitation of Liability

VerificationLetters.com is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for damages, losses, or consequences resulting from use of the service.
